About Dr. Hurtado
Dr. Rafael V. Hurtado is a Board Certified Neurologist and is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Hurtado has nearly 25 years of experience as a Neurologist. He finished his Neurology residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami, Miami, Florida. He later performed a Neurophysiology Fellowship at the University of West Virginia, Morgantown WV. He subsequently continued his medical education at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL where he performed a Pain Management Fellowship specializing in Headaches.
Dr. Hurtado is a member of the American Medical Association, The American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
